CHOCO MUSEUM, GRANADA, NICARAGUAWhat attracted my attention to this story was how an American man from NY ended up in the colonial town of Granada, Nicaragua as the owner of a hotel and featuring in the front entrance a museum dedicated to chocolate. I had to find out more about what inspires someone to leave their country to move to a foreign land and contribute to the culture and tourism in this way.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
My choice to eat mostly nutrient-dense, fresh, vegetarian food a couple of years ago, has lead me into a path of discovering resources that could provide information, ideas and product features that keep the inventiveness of this particular cuisine flowing with new ideas. I have found these magazines to provide good reading on a variety of topics related to food and health, nourishing ideas using better grade products, and great glossy photos that inspire one to cook a new dish.
